Changes to contact details and new price lists will be updated on the members’ section of troynet within 72 hours.  However, please note changes to discount/carriage terms and minimum order values require a minimum of 60 days’ notice, and this information will be automatically updated 60 days from receiving your notification (subject to agreement).  Please note this is the ONLY way to inform us of such updates and we will no longer accept changes via email, letter or phone.
