Troy Member, Tony Rowe, Managing Director of Goldstar Leisure, is raising funds on behalf of children and families of two fishermen that sadly drowned on Saturday 21^st November.   The Brixham fishing boat, Joanna C BM265, was previously owned and skippered by Tony and left him and his local community devastated when it sank off the coast of Newhaven in East Sussex.
